How long does redness last after Clear + Brilliant?
A day-by-day guide to recovery after the gentle fractional laser.
Quick answer: Most people are pink for 1 to 2 days, followed by a few days of rough, sandpapery texture as treated skin renews. Results start to show within a week.
Day one
Skin looks flushed and feels warm, similar to mild sunburn.
Days two to four
Pinkness fades and skin feels rough as microscopic treated areas shed.
Day five onwards
Skin looks smoother and brighter.
Helping recovery
Gentle cleanser, rich moisturiser and SPF. Avoid actives for about five days.
