Every order is packed by our team at the clinic and sent by Royal Mail, signed for.

Gift vouchers are delivered by email, so there is no delivery charge.
For orders outside the UK, you are the importer and may need to pay local VAT, import duties or handling fees when your parcel arrives. Please do not place an order if you are not willing to pay these charges.

Returns
If you change your mind about a non-prescription product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened and undamaged. We will refund you, less the original postage cost, once it arrives back with us. Return postage is paid by you.
Please include a note with your name, order number, contact details and reason for returning, and post it to:

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and can take up to 10 working days to appear.
Prescription products
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of prescription medicines once they have been dispatched. If you have unwanted prescription products, please take them to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with your order number, name, address and details of the problem, and tell us whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We will cover the cost of putting it right.
Undeliverable orders
If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, or because it was not collected from the post office, we will refund the order less any delivery costs we have paid.
