Changing or cancelling

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Call 028 7116 3144 or reply to your confirmation email.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged a fee of £10. That time could have gone to another client.

Arriving late

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are running late we will do our best, but we may need to shorten your treatment so the next client is not kept waiting, and the full price will still apply.

Consultations and patch tests

If you are new to the clinic we recommend starting with a skin consultation. The £30 fee is fully redeemable against your first treatment.

Every laser treatment needs a free laser consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before your first session. If you book a laser treatment online without one, we will contact you to arrange it.

Your health

Please tell us about any medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, recent sun exposure or skin treatments before your appointment. Some treatments are not suitable in certain circumstances and we will always put your safety first.

Age

Our treatments are for clients aged 18 and over.

Packages and gift vouchers

Course packages and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. They are personal to the client and cannot be exchanged for cash. Our usual cancellation policy applies to every session in a course.
