Who we are

Skin Deep Aesthetics Laser & Skin Clinic Ltd (company no. NI743898), trading as Skin Deep Aesthetics, 6 Carlisle Road, Derry~Londonderry, BT48 6JJ, is the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact us at info@skindeepaesthetics.clinic.

What we collect and why

• Booking and skin quiz answers: your name, email, phone, gender, age group, skin concerns, chosen treatment and any notes you give us. We use these to arrange your appointment, prepare for your consultation and contact you about your booking. Lawful basis: taking steps to provide the service you asked for.
• Health information: anything you tell us about medical conditions or medication. We use it only to keep your treatment safe. Lawful basis: your explicit consent and the provision of health care.
• Orders: your name, email, phone, delivery address and what you bought. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Enquiries: the details you send through our contact forms, so we can reply.
• Marketing: we only send offers and news if you tick the box to opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If you start but do not finish a booking

If you enter your contact details in the skin quiz but do not complete a booking, we may contact you once to help you finish it or answer questions. We will not add you to marketing unless you opted in.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the clinic: our website host, our email provider (to send confirmations), Stripe (to take payments), Royal Mail (to deliver orders) and, where needed, the prescribers and clinicians involved in your care.

How long we keep it

Treatment records are kept in line with professional guidance for clinical records. Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Quiz enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months.

Cookies

Our website uses one essential cookie to keep forms secure and your session working, and your browser's local storage to remember your basket. We only use analytics cookies if you agree to them in the banner. The maps on our home and contact pages are provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies; see Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@skindeepaesthetics.clinic and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
