Your pre-wedding skin plan: a 6 month timeline

When to start laser, peels and facials so your skin is at its best on the day, with no surprises.

Your pre-wedding skin plan: a 6 month timeline

Quick answer: Start 6 months out with a consultation and any laser hair removal, use peels or microneedling 3 to 4 months before, and keep the final month to gentle facials with no new treatments in the last two weeks.

Six months before

Book a consultation, start a medical skincare routine and begin laser hair removal, which needs several sessions.

Three to four months before

This is the time for courses of peels, SkinPen or Clear + Brilliant that need recovery and build results over time.

One month before

Switch to gentle maintenance such as a hydrating facial or dermaplaning.

The final two weeks

No new treatments or products. Keep skin calm, hydrated and protected.

Common questions

Can I have a peel the week before?

Only a gentle one you have had before. Stronger peels need 7 to 10 days to settle.
