How do I know my skin type?

A simple test to tell if you are dry, oily, combination or sensitive.

How do I know my skin type?

Quick answer: Cleanse, wait an hour without products, then look. Shine all over suggests oily, tightness suggests dry, an oily T-zone suggests combination, and stinging or redness suggests sensitive.

The bare-face test

Wash, pat dry and wait an hour.

Reading the results

Sensitive is separate

Any skin type can also be sensitive.

Skin changes

Age, seasons and hormones can change your skin type.

Common questions

Can dehydrated skin be oily?
